How caregivers are matched

Every care request is scored against every published caregiver profile using weighted criteria. Real care requirements and schedule compatibility carry the most weight, because a caregiver who cannot work Tuesday mornings is not a match, no matter how good the profile reads.

The Match Score is a recommendation only. It is not a safety score, a background check, or a guarantee of quality.

Clear verification status
Every caregiver profile shows “Not Yet Verified.” We do not run background checks, licensing checks or registry checks in this version.
Private by default
Messages are visible only to the two people in the conversation. You can block or report anyone at any time.
Moderated reviews
Only families who interacted with a caregiver can review them, nobody can review themselves, and administrators moderate reported content.
