Common questions
- Is SeniorCare Connect free to use?
- Yes. Searching for care, contacting providers and sending inquiries are free for families during our California launch.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: Account → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account. From any browser: open /delete-account, sign in, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and you never need to call or email us to start it.
- Where do your provider listings come from?
- Listings come from official California state licensing data (CDSS, CDPH, DHCS) and federal CMS data, plus information providers add when they claim their listing.
- Does SeniorCare Connect provide medical or emergency care?
- No. We are a directory and matching service only. In an emergency call 911.
- How do I report a safety concern?
- Use the Report option on any profile or message thread, or email us. Suspected elder abuse should also be reported to Adult Protective Services.
